    PP Pension, the Swedish pension fund for journalists and media employees, has hired Cecilia Thomasson Blomquist as chief investment officer. She joins from AP1, where she was head of currency and treasury, and has been a part of AP1’s management group since 2006. She will begin the new role on August 10. In February this year, PP Pension appointed Viveka Ekberg as its new chief executive officer.
